If this is your FIRST time using the Appointment-Plus online scheduling service, please follow the instructions listed below.  Please note that you must register at BOTH our website AND the Appointment-Plus website.  Logging in at our website and then clicking on the button below for the first time will LINK our office with the Appointment-Plus website.  You can choose the same login and password for both websites but you MUST log in at each website seperately. 

Please click on the button below and register for the first time as a New User by performing the following steps.  First time New Users must first select "Waiting List" and then select a service and then follow the New User registration procedures.  Please enter all the required information.  You must enter your e-mail address to recieve e-mail reminders and confirmations of your appointments.  If the system states that your e-mail is already in use, this just means we have already entered your name and e-mail address from our side of the system.  After completing the registration steps, log out and then you can log in for the first time using the new login ID and password you selected.  Once you have registered, the system will generate an e-mail to us that you have signed up.  If we have already used your name to schedule existing appointments on our side of the system, we will have to merge or synchronise your name and data.  Then when you log in you will be able to see the appointments that we have already scheduled.  If you have any problems or questions, please call us at the office.  Thank you.
